Luis Castaneda is very famous among the world Photographers, he has several important awards ：”Master of Leica”   by  the Leica company (1993) , Annual best photographer by top photographic magazines, like byAmericas magazine (Official Magazine of the O.A.S.)  Foto Imagen, etc.

In April 2007, at the Russian Fotoexpo  photographic equipment show, we once again met with our old friend —LUIS CASTANEDA. It was a happy reunion that made us all very happy after spent  long time no see.

LUIS came to our booth, interested to buy a Benro tripod at our booth. And after more than one hour of friendly chatting, he told us that this was not the first time for him to buy  a Benro tripod, that he first had bought his Benro C-228 in Beijing two years ago. He was very glad to see Benro show up at Photokina, the most important photo show in the world, and gave very high comments about the Benro brand. We sold another two tripods to him, and thus our very good relationship began. It was unfortunate that we had no idea at that time how well-known he really is. After that Photokina, Luis keeps a very close contact with the Benro people, sending photos to us whenever he travels to a new country, giving close attention to Benro news, and offered new suggestions to Benro, etc. At the FotoExpo Russian show, we attended his presentation at the Panasonic booth we could appreciate that  he is a respectable photographer with a very rich experience, and finally , we know now what a very famous Leica Master Photographer is like.
